Individual eyelash extensions procedure / application... long, beautiful...

Lash Extensions!

So this is all about Lash Extensions:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sv03fhy--w

What are Lash Extensions? Lash extensions are individual lashes that are glued to your natural lashes. They range from natural looking to a very Glam.  Good Lashes are separate so you never get gluey or messy extensions which makes eyes itchy, uncomfortable and heavy. Tools Used are usually 2 very pointy sharp tweezers which should be clean and disinfected.

When should i get Lash Extensions? Whenever!!  I got mines before I went on my Lake Powell trip, because I knew I wasn't going to be wearing makeup but I'd be taking lots of pictures!  The perfect person for Lash Extensions are usually Asian eyes because they tend to have short or non curly lashes.  Lash extensions are perfect for people who don't wear very heavy makeup(because you cant use oil based makeup removers, and your not supposed to use mascara)

Where? There are many spas, salons, and private places you can get lash extensions done.  Make sure your do your homework on the place you want to go. Read reviews, see if customers are happy with there results.  Also call or go in for a consultation to ask questions you may have. Make damn sure the technician knows what shes doing.

Why? Because its pretty! lol ... If you are someone who hardly wears makeup this look will make you look like you are when your not! Its very glamorous looking, I love it!

FAQ's:
How long do they last? -That depends on your natural lash condition, how well you take care of them, your lifestyle. Usually they last 3 weeks to a month. but you will have fall out at 2 weeks

What kind of glue is used? Depends on what products the person or spa is using: it should be a **medical grade adhesive** FDA approved for USA!  No Korean glue  or super glue! lol

How long does it take to apply lashes? -It takes anywhere from 1 hour to 2hours. Depends on technition, some people take there time some work faster.  Its very relaxing though you will probably fall asleep.

Can i use Mascara? -If you don't use mascara the extensions will last longer (pretty much because your not messing with them) if you must use mascara make sure its water based and not oil based

In closing i hope you guys enjoyed this blog ill post pics of me after lash extensions.

Motorola Cliq review!

whats up bloggers! well this is my review on the Motorola Cliq:

I have owned the Motorola Cliq phone for 10months now.  I got this in December for a Christmas gift and I was so excited!!!   But sadly shortly after I got it, it started having some problems.  The touch screen was ... well not so much a touch screen!  So i had to do a warranty exchange on it. I received a new Cliq and that one i had problems with the keyboard area of the phone not lighting up, and when you text in the dark it made it imposable to see anything!  Did a warranty exchange on that one as well, then the next phone would keep a charge and had to replace the battery, and finally problem solved i received another warranty exchange phone and this one finally worked to the fullest. I have now had the working cliq for.. id say a little over 8 months, and so far so good.
As far as featurs of this phone : I really like the facebook and twitter updates i can follow easily.  I also love the "market" where you can download "apps", and games, etc.. There are lots of free things to download such as ring tones, games, and apps. You can also update your status from the Cliq very easily.
The camera on this phone is very good.  The Cliq has a 5 megapixel camera, also you can share your photos and videos via facebook and youtube.  This comes in handy if you don't have a camera.  I really liked this feature because I often take photos with my phone and then can automatically upload it via facebook.
The Cliq also has Internet capabilities which you can use 3G, WiFi, or HTML web browsing.  I do like the Internet on this phone the 3G (which i often use) is pretty fast.  I also love the bluetooth capabilities, I use this all the time when i am driving.
I do like this phone because it is quick, when i press something it doesn't take long to open or respond.
Something I don't like about this phone is that it is a touch screen and sometimes it will dial or not hang up right away if I dial a wrong #.
All in all I would purchase this phone again because (now that all the kinks are worked out) this phone is very dependable, sturdy, fun, and versatile.  I use this phone like I use a laptop. I love the layout of this phone also how it is a slide phone with a full keyboard for texting, and it has the touch screen.

Review: Ho'ala Spa Alamoana shopping center

In the heart of one of Hawaii's most prominent shopping malls lays a hidden world of relaxation and beautification. The Ho'ala salon and spa is nestled on the 3rd floor of the Alamoana shopping center next to Neimans Marcus.
Ho'ala offers a relaxing waiting area away from the front desk and hustle of the mall entrance. The staff at the Ho'ala are very attentive while frequently offering water or hot tea. From the waiting area, depending on the treatment chosen, then are either escorted to the salon or changing room. The women's changing room is fully equipped with lockers, a restroom, two showers, and a sauna. With soft mood lighting, Avada lotions and products as well as a plush robe and towels creates a very calming ambiance. After getting changed into a plush Avada robe you enter the spa doors and are greeted and sat in a lounge area and are treated with a foot bath including a invigorating foot massage. After a few minutes of solitude and relaxation are escorted by a technician to your treatment room. For all spa services a complimentary foot bath and sensory journey are preformed as an added comfort. The "sensory journey" is an encumbrance of aroma therapy with Aveda products. The technician will then have you choose your favorite from three scents and incorporates that with your service. Ho'ala offers 9 spa services as well as add on like lip and eye treatments. The "Elemental Nature Facial" is promised to restores a healthy balance to the skin. The technician was very educated and could answer any questions given to her. The facial treatment lasts 50 minutes including the complimentary "sensory journey." The esthetician preforming the service did not hold a constant tough with the client which makes some movements feel surprising. The technician had great hand movements, massage, and created a very calming environment. The Aveda products used were of a luxury quality, did not cause any breakouts, and felt extremely good on the skin. The spa area was clean and the technicians used sterile tools as well as sanitized her hands before beginning any contact. The facial also includes a hand and arm massage which is a treat in itself. following the 50 minute service you are then by the clients preference either escorted back to the sitting room where the foot baths are preformed or back to the changing room. The Ho'ala spa offers a sauna and showers to use at the clients own preference.
Overall the Ho'ala Salon and spa offers great amenities, services, products, and excellent customer care. For the amount of money spent the products and surfaces were well beyond expectation and desire.
